Spin was fun tonight, 45 minutes of cycling to music that i don't get a chance to listen to on a regular basis at home. Oh how I would love one of these at home! maybe next winter ..... I'm hoping that spinning through the winter will have prepared me for mountain biking the trails this summer .... let the games begin!!
