Spring Break Update!

We are on the last day of Spring Break and what a beauty it turned out to be! But let me start at the beginning of the week. Luke woke up with a cold and a pounding head where he sat in his bed miserable just holding his head in his hands :( This was the Saturday and the poor fella suffered all week, constant medicine, runny nose, pounding head, fever, no energy and just felt generally crap! Thursday morning he woke up with an earache and we tried to get him into the doctor but there was nothing available so we headed to the ER. There we sat for 2 hours, his little sister in fine form, asking everyone what was wrong and trying to diagnose them, yep she might well be a doctor when she grows up!!

After we were in the ER we went to visit his friend Dylan, just for a little bit and we knew that Dylan had had a cold too and funnily enough he had woken up that morning with an earache too!! Just after we arrived, I gave Luke some of the antibiotics he had been prescribed and within 15 mins he was curled up on Dylans couch fast asleep!! But today he is feeling better and he went to his ski club where it was cops and robbers day, he went as a robber! The best part of today was that we got to ski together as a family!! After picking him up from Ski Club and Grace from Ski and Play we headed out and it was incredible! the sun was shinning and it was fun.
