Baking

The girls and I had a 'Whitewater Cooks' night the other weekend. Whitewater Cooks are a set of cookbooks created by Shelley Adams who lives in Nelson which another ski town about 3 hours from Fernie.

I chose to make these amazing vege stacks and they were good!!
and while I was at it I baked some yummy granola bars from the same cookbook and then amazing totally kiwi-fied cookies from Ananabelle Langbein's latest cookbook (thanks mum xxx). Cookies in Canada do not taste like these yummy Annabelle ones!!
and I whipped these up for Valentines Day treat, super easy!
