 Getting ready, pretty chill
 Battled the swim ... phew ... now onto the bike
 coming back to transition into the run, his favorite part
 heading for the finish line
 wahooooooooo!

    I can't get over how much Luke has grown up...and is the spitting image of Rennie. Looks like he is going to be quite the athlete! How is the snow????
