November's nearly over ..... already!!

It seriously blows my mind how fast November passes through.  We have all the excitement of Halloween and then I start planning my Christmas shopping and delivering of said items to Missoula and working out all the birthdays in December and January that I can purchase at Thanksgiving.  I also plan Luke's birthday and Grace's birthday parties and pick up the necessary supplies while in Missoula!

So by the time Thanksgiving rolls into town, I am ready ..... except for the baking/cooking part!! This year we are heading out a day earlier than normal, and staying in Lakeside for the evening and then heading down to the Masseys on Thursday morning.  So I decided with the earlier travel I should make a cheesecake because that is always tastier 48 hours later!

The packing begins, Grace is already packed.  I have US money, i have baking to finish, banking to do, cleaning to do ........ but oh the visit will be sooooooooooooooo worth it!!

This was the crew last year! Kids had their own space in the garage!!
